Mock Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 12 c margarine
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 3 c cake flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 12 c milk

Directions

1. Blend margarine and cream cheese
2. Add sugar beat well until mixed
3. Add eggs 1 at a time blending until smooth add vanilla Sift flour salt and baking powder 3 times
4. Add flour alternately with milk
5. Mix smooth after each addition
6. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 4-inch tube pan
7. Bake at 350 about 1 hour and 10 minutes
