Moist Crispy Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 c Rice Krispies cereal crushed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 Tbsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c mayo lite
- 4 chicken breasts skinned and boned
Directions
- Combine cereal paprika salt and pepper
- Brush chicken breasts with mayo
- Place crumb mixture in plastic bag and add chicken
- Shake to coat well
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish and bake at 425 for 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender
