Molasses Cookie

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 23 c oil
• 1 egg
• 14 c molasses
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine sugar oil and egg beat well Add molasses and beat Combine flour and other ingredients Stir into sugar mixture Shape dough into 1-inch balls
2. Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
