Molded Cheese Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lime gelatin
• 1 c hot water
• 1 c pineapple juice
• 1 c marshmallows
• 1 c crushed pineapple
• 1 c chopped celery
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 1 pkg cream cheese
• 1 c whipped cream

Directions

1. Dissolve lime gelatin in hot water
2. Add pineapple juice and marshmallows
3. Whip until marshmallows are dissolved
4. Let cool until partially set
5. Then add pineapple celery nuts cream cheese and whipped cream
6. Pour into mold and let set
