Molded Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg lime gelatin
- 34 tsp salt
- 1 c boiling water
- 34 c cold water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp grated onion
- dash of pepper
- 34 c finely chopped cabbage
- 34 c finely chopped celery
- 14 c finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp diced pimento
- finely chopped carrots if desired
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water add cold water vinegar onion and pepper
- Chill until slightly thickened Combine vegetables and fold into gelatin mixture
- Chill until firm
- To fill a 9 x 13 dish double this recipe
