Molded White Bean Pate
Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans white kidney beans rinsed and drained thoroughly
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 34 tsp dried thyme
- 14 tsp Hungarian paprika
- 12 tsp tamari soy sauce
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Place drained kidney beans in a medium bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork
- Saute garlic in olive oil until lightly golden about 30 seconds
- Do not let it brown
- Mix the garlic and the beans and all other ingredients except 1 tablespoon parsley
