Mom-JudyS Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans asparagus spears drained
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 c white sauce
  • Velveeta cheese 1 c or more
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare eggs
  2. Prepare white sauce and add cheese
  3. Put thin layer of asparagus in buttered casserole dish then a layer of sliced boiled eggs then a layer of sauce
  4. Continue layering until ingredients are gone
  5. Put a layer of buttered bread crumbs on top and bake for 1 hour at 350 or until bread crumbs are browned
  6. Thinly sliced green beans may be substituted for asparagus
