MomaS Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 12 c sugar
• 1 c Golden Eagle syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• dash of salt
• 1 c pecans crushed
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 pie shell unbaked

Directions

1. Beat first 4 ingredients together
2. Pour into unbaked pie shell
3. Add crushed pecans to top of mixture and dot with butter Bake for 35 minutes at 325
