MomS Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
- 5 c flour
- 34 c shortening
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 pkg yeast dissolved in 12 c warm water
- 2 c buttermilk
Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients cut in shortening
- Add buttermilk and yeast to mixture
- Cover and refrigerate
- Will keep for 2 weeks
- When ready to use roll out as much dough as needed
- Cut into biscuit-size
- Bake in a greased pan at 400 for 12 minutes
