MomS Butterscotch Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c butter
• 2 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 3 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 c pecans

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add eggs and mix well
3. Add baking powder to flour
4. Stir then slowly mix into other ingredients Fold in pecans
5. Make into a roll and wrap in waxed paper
6. Chill in refrigerator overnight
7. Slice thin and bake at 375 for 8 to 12 minutes
