MomS Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 34 c butter
• 1 pkg Zwieback crushed fine
• 3 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 large eggs
• 34 pt sour cream

Directions

1. Melt butter and blend with Zwieback crumbs
2. Press into 10-inch spring pan
3. Combine cream cheese sugar and vanilla add egg one at a time mixing well with electric mixer
4. Add sour cream
5. Pour into crumb lined pan
6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm in center
7. Turn oven off open door
8. Leave cheese cake in oven until cool
