MomS Jelly Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 23 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 13 c shortening
- 34 c milk
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Add ingredients according to order of recipe
- Spoon into greased muffin tins or paper liners
- Place 12 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of any kind of jelly or jam on top of each muffin pressing into batter
- Try to bring batter over the top of jelly to cover it up
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until brown
