MomS Oatmeal Cake
Ingredients
- 1 14 c boiling water
- 1 c oats Mothers
- 12 c shortening Wesson oil
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Pour boiling water over oats let stand while you cream shortening and sugar
- Add eggs
- Mix all together
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
