MomS One-Bowl White Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 14 c sugar
• 3 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 c Crisco
• 1 c milk
• 1 34 tsp vanilla
• 3 egg whites unbeaten

Directions

1. Sift flour sugar

4. and salt into bowl Drop in Crisco
5. Add about 23 cup milk then vanilla and beat until smooth
6. Add
7. egg whites mix thoroughly
8. Add remaining milk and beat until well
9. blended
10. Pour
11. batter
12. into 2 8 or 9-inch pans which have
13. been
14. greased
15. and
16. floured
17. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
