MomS Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 qt sieved persimmons
- 1 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 pt whole milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a crock bowl and place in a 350 oven
- Bake for 1 12 to 2 hours until cocoa colored
- Stir every 15 to 20 minutes
- Cool and refrigerate
- Consistency will be that of pudding
- Serve in dessert dishes with sweetened whipped cream on top
