MomS Pie Dough

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 14 c shortening
• 6 Tbsp ice water
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

1. Blend together flour salt and shortening until well blended Add vinegar to beaten egg and ice water
2. Add to dough
3. Blend together well
