MomS Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 pkg Lipton dry onion soup mix one envelope
Directions
- Wash and chop potatoes into bite size pieces with skins on Place in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan
- Pour melted butter over potatoes
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over potatoes
- Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until tender
