MomS Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 12 c Wesson oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 12 c buttermilk
• 2 12 c self-rising flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 bottle red food coloring

Directions

1. Mix everything together then bake at 300 until sides pull away from pan approximately 25 minutes
2. Layers vary depending on size of pan
