Mongolian BeefSpicy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 2 to 3 green onions sliced into 2-inch diagonal slices
  • 1 onion sliced thinly
  • rice noodles deep fried
  • oil for deep frying
  • 8 to 10 red peppers
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • wine sauce
  • black pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

Directions

  1. Deep fry beef in oil
  2. In wok stir-fry beef red peppers and onion in sesame oil Add approximately 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce oyster sauce and wine sauce
  3. All can be found in any Asian grocery store
  4. Season with black pepper and pinch of sugar
  5. Stir-fry quickly to blend flavors
  6. Place crisp fried rice noodles on serving dish
  7. Cover with beef mixture and serve
