Monkey Bars

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 12 c soft butter or margarine
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 13 c chopped nuts
- 12 c coconut optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In large bowl beat banana both sugars butter cinnamon and vanilla
- Beat in eggs
- Sift flour and baking powder add to banana mixture
- Add coconut and stir until well blended
- Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
- Sprinkle with nuts
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Cool and cut into bars
