Monster Mash Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 8 oz pkg green onion dip
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 14 c butter melted
- 2 to 4 Tbsp garlic salt
- paprika optional
Directions
- Peel and quarter potatoes
- Cook in boiling water until tender Drain and mash
- Add next 4 ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth
- Put in greased 1 12-quart baking dish
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
