Monteray Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 c sugar
- 1 12 c salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 c grated or ground carrots
Directions
- Measure into sifter the flour salt cinnamon baking soda and sugar
- Sift into mixing bowl and add salad oil eggs one at a time and vanilla
- Beat until light Stir in carrots
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes
