Moo Goo Gai Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cooked and cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 3 big stalks broccoli
  • 1 8 oz can bamboo shoots
  • 1 8 oz water chestnuts sliced
  • 4 oz mushrooms fresh or canned sliced
  • 1 12 c chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • garlic powder

Directions

  1. Use electric skillet set at 450
  2. Cook chicken with oil for 10 minutes
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add bamboo shoots water chestnuts and mushrooms and heat thoroughly
  5. Add chicken broth sprinkle top with garlic powder
  6. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 12 cup water for thickening
  7. Heat thoroughly and serve over rice
