Moo Koo Gai Pan
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp oil
- 2 c sliced raw chicken breast
- 1 8 oz can mushrooms
- 14 c peas
- 12 c water chestnuts
- 12 c bamboo shoots
- 12 c sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 tsp salt
- 4 c rice uncooked
Directions
- Saute chicken in oil
- Add peas mushrooms and veggies with 2 cups water
- Cook 5 minutes
- Cook 5 minutes
- Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender
- Combine soy sauce and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water
- Stir into mixture and cook until thickened
- Serve on rice
