Moo Koo Gai Pan

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 2 c sliced raw chicken breast
  • 1 8 oz can mushrooms
  • 14 c peas
  • 12 c water chestnuts
  • 12 c bamboo shoots
  • 12 c sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 4 c rice uncooked

Directions

  1. Saute chicken in oil
  2. Add peas mushrooms and veggies with 2 cups water
  3. Cook 5 minutes
  4. Cook 5 minutes
  5. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender
  6. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water
  7. Stir into mixture and cook until thickened
  8. Serve on rice
