Ingredients

  • 2 lb moose shoulder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • fat
  • 3 c stock boiled from bones
  • cattail shoots

Directions

  1. Cut meat into 1-inch cubes
  2. Chop garlic
  3. Brown meat in fat Add garlic and cover with stock
  4. Cover and simmer for 2 hours Add cattails for the last 20 minutes of cooking
