Moose Shoulder

Ingredients
- 2 lb moose shoulder
- 1 clove garlic
- fat
- 3 c stock boiled from bones
- cattail shoots
Directions
- Cut meat into 1-inch cubes
- Chop garlic
- Brown meat in fat Add garlic and cover with stock
- Cover and simmer for 2 hours Add cattails for the last 20 minutes of cooking
