Mop Sauce For Barbecue

Ingredients
- 1 10 12 oz can beef consomme
- 1 13 c water
- 13 c cider vinegar
- 13 c pure vegetable oil
- 1 12 tsp monosodium glutamate
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 34 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 12 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 12 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Combine consomme and water in medium saucepan
- Bring to boil Add remaining ingredients and let stand overnight at room temperature
- Makes about 2 quarts of sauce
- This is used as a basting sauce for barbecued meats
- Apply with small kitchen dishmop or cloth that has been soaked in sauce
