MoraS Good Caramel Candy

Ingredients
- 1 c white corn syrup
- 1 c milk
- 12 c Ghiradelli ground chocolate
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c butter
Directions
- Cook over low heat to 238 or soft ball stage
- Pour in greased 8 x 8-inch pan cut into squares when hard
- A nicer alternative is to get the small brown candy cases from Sees and plunk a spoonful into each one
- This makes the candy easier to serve or to package for mailing
