MoraS Good Caramel Candy

Ingredients

• 1 c white corn syrup
• 1 c milk
• 12 c Ghiradelli ground chocolate
• 1 c sugar
• 12 c butter

Directions

1. Cook over low heat to 238 or soft ball stage
2. Pour in greased 8 x 8-inch pan cut into squares when hard
3. A nicer alternative is to get the small brown candy cases from Sees and plunk a spoonful into each one
4. This makes the candy easier to serve or to package for mailing
