Ingredients
- 12 c chopped onions
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 3 8 oz size cans tomato sauce
- 1 or 2 cans whole kernel corn drained
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- salt or seasoned salt to taste
- 12 lb grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 12 oz pkg medium egg noodles
- 34 c chopped green peppers
Directions
- Cook noodles by directions and drain
- Saute onion in butter until soft
- Add meat
- Cook until brown
- Add peppers tomato sauce corn chili powder and salt
- Combine meat mixture with noodles in a large baking dish
- Top with cheese cover
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Yields 10 servings
