More Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb spaghetti broken into inch pieces
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can tomato soup plus 1 can water
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can chopped ripe olives
- 1 small can chopped pimentos
Directions
- Brown beef onion and bell pepper in a large roaster
- Add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste
- Cook spaghetti
- Add to the meat mixture the remaining ingredients
- Pour into 3 baking dishes and cover top with grated Cheddar cheese
- Bake 1 dish uncovered 30 to 45 minutes at 350
- Freeze remaining dishes for future use
- Whole recipe serves 12 to 15 people
