Mostaccioli
Ingredients
- mostaccioli noodles
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 2 cans water
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 12 tsp oregano
- 1 12 tsp basil
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a 3-quart saucepan full of water to a boil
- Add mostaccioli noodles and simmer until tender
- Drain and set aside Brown ground chuck in a skillet and drain off any grease
- In a large saucepan add tomato paste water sugar salt pepper oregano and basil
- Heat and simmer
- Add browned meat mixture Simmer the tomato-meat mixture for at least 12 hour
- Next add noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese and buttered garlic bread
