Mostaccioli-Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 34 c mostaccioli or penne macaroni
  • 14 c margarine
  • 14 c flour
  • 2 c milk
  • 12 c grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 18 tsp thyme
  • 18 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 c cooked drained cut up broccoli
  • 12 c shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Cook mostaccioli according to package directions drain Rinse with cold water
  2. In medium saucepan melt margarine
  3. Stir in flour until blended
  4. Add milk cook until thickened stirring constantly
  5. Stri in Parmesan cheese salt garlic powder thyme and nutmeg
  6. Remove from heat
  7. In a large bowl combine mostaccioli cheese sauce and broccoli
  8. Spoon into a 12 x 9-inch baking dish
  9. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top
  10. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes until thoroughly heated
