Mostaccioli Con FormaggioBaked Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 c mostaccioli
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 34 c chopped onion
- 34 c chopped celery
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 2 c water
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 23 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Ricotta
Directions
- Cook mostaccioli according to package directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet
- Add onion celery and garlic and cook over medium heat until golden
- Add tomato paste water seasonings and sugar
- Cover and cook about 20 minutes
