Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg mostaccioli
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 13 c chopped onion
- 4 c tomatoes
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 34 c water
- 1 tsp oregano
- 14 tsp pepper
- 13 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Brown ground beef onion and garlic in oil
- Break up tomatoes well and add with tomato paste water oregano salt and pepper to the ground beef
- Cover and cook over low heat 1 12 hours
- Spoon off excess fat
- Cook mostaccioli as directed
- Drain and place on serving platter
- Top with sauce and sprinkle with cheese
