Ingredients

  • 1 18 34 oz can whole tomatoes peeled
  • 13 c cilantro leaves
  • 23 c chopped yellow onion
  • 13 c finely chopped canned jalapeno pepper seeded
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp cumin

Directions

  1. Pour tomatoes into colander and drain reserving juice
  2. Press tomatoes through the colander mesh
  3. Also works to blend in processor quickly
