MotherS Dressing
Ingredients
- 5 c cornbread
- 1 c white bread torn in small crumbs
- 1 lb hot country sausage
- 1 c onion chopped and sauteed
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 Tbsp sage
- turkey or chicken broth
Directions
- Mix breads sausage onion egg and sage
- Add broth until moist
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 in a greased 9 x 11-inch baking dish
