MotherS Flaky Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 4 c flour
• 2 tsp salt optional
• 1 34 c Crisco
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 large egg
• 12 c water

Directions

1. Sift together flour and salt
2. Blend in Crisco
3. Mix together vinegar egg and water and stir into flour mixture
4. Roll out and fit into pie pans
5. Fill with favorite fillings
