MotherS Golden Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes boiled and peeled
• 1 pt sour cream
• 3 c sharp Cheddar cheese grated
• 1 bunch green onions chopped
• 14 c milk
• 12 c bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Grate potatoes coarsely
2. Add other ingredients except last 2 mix thoroughly
3. Press into casserole dish
4. Top with mixture of bread crumbs and butter
5. Bake at 300 for 1 hour
