MotherS Lemon Pie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 lemons
• 1 c sugar
• 4 Tbsp real cream
• 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Beat eggs well but not to the creamy stage
2. Add sugar mix well
3. Add grated rind and juice of lemons
4. Mix well and last add real cream mix
5. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake until golden brown at 350
