Mountain Dew Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 box instant lemon pudding
• 12 oz Mountain Dew
• 1 c oil
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 large can pineapple
• 1 stick butter
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 c sugar
• coconut

Directions

1. Combine egg yolks pineapple butter and sugar in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes
2. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix pudding Mountain Dew and oil
3. Stir in fruit mixture and pour into a cake pan
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour then sprinkle with coconut
