Mozzarella Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 long loaf Italian bread
- 1 16 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese
- 12 c sliced olives
- 1 12 tsp oregano
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cut Italian bread crosswise into 1-inch slices
- Do not cut through bottom crust
- Cut Mozzarella cheese into 14-inch slices
- Place cheese slices and olives between bread slices
- Then place the bread on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread is hot Sprinkle loaf with oregano
- With a knife divide loaf into slices Serve hot
