Mozzarella Meat Whirl
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 12 c soft bread crumbs
- 7 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 18 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp salt
- 6 oz Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 34 c catsup
- 34 c water
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Mix ground beef bread crumbs eggs mustard pepper and salt Pat into 10 x 14-inch rectangle on waxed paper
- Place cheese slices on beef mixture
- Sprinkle with parsley
- Roll tightly as for jelly roll starting at short end and lifting paper with one hand
- Press ends to seal
- Transfer to shallow baking dish seam side down
- Combine catsup water and Worcestershire sauce pour over beef
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 10 minutes basting frequently
- Serve with sauce
