Mrs BarrettS Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c powdered sugar packed
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 5 c plain flour
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth
- Grease cookie sheets or use parchment paper
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned
- Cookies are very light and will melt in your mouth
