Mrs JefferS Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb confectioners sugar
• 4 c flour
• 1 12 c butter
• 2 eggs
• pinch of salt

Directions

1. Mix butter salt and sugar
2. Add eggs then flour
3. Make into rolls Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate
4. Slice thin and place on lightly greased cookie sheet Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until edges are slightly brown
