Mrs LawrenceS Surprise Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c plain flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 large bananas
• 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 c chopped nuts pecans or black walnuts
• 1 14 c cooking oil
• 3 eggs
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 12 tsp coconut extract

Directions

1. Sift together flour sugar salt and soda
2. Mix together with spatula
3. Make a hole in the mixture add rest of ingredients Blend dont beat and stir easy with spatula so as not to mash bananas
4. Bake in 3 layer cake pans at 325 for 25 minutes
5. Ice with cream cheese icing
6. Can be baked in tube or sheet cake pan
