Mrs OHurleyS Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 30 oz frozen hash brown potatoes large
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 34 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 12 c corn flake crumbs

Directions

  1. Let potatoes thaw slightly break apart
  2. Spread in about an 8 x 12-inch cake pan
  3. Mix the onion garlic salt soup and sour cream
  4. Spread on top of potatoes
  5. Sprinkle on cheese and corn flakes crushed
  6. Drizzle butter on top
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350
  8. Onions may be cooked ahead
