Mrs TrumanS Ozark Pudding
Ingredients
- 23 to 34 c sugar depending on apples
- pinch of salt
- 1 14 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 c finely chopped apples pared
- 12 c nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
- Serve with cream whipped cream or ice cream
