Mrs TrumanS Ozark Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 18 tsp salt
- 34 c sugar
- 1 14 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c raw chopped apples
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Mix first 6 ingredients
- Pour over apples and nuts
- Bake in buttered pie dish at 350 for 35 minutes
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
