Mud Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 12 c coconut
- 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
Directions
- Cream margarine sugar and cocoa
- Beat in eggs vanilla and flour
- Mix well and fold in nuts and coconut
- Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan
- Bake for 40 minutes in 350 oven
- Spread marshmallow cream on top of cake and return to oven Bake for 5 minutes
- Cool and frost with Chocolate Frosting
