Mushroom-Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes slightly cooked
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 2 c grated mild or sharp Cheddar soup
Directions
- Heat mushroom soup water and 1 12 cups cheese
- Pour mushroom mixture over potatoes and meat
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese salt and pepper to taste
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done
- If desired cook in crock-pot for several hours on low
