Mushroom Bacon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 3 scallions sliced
- 23 c olive oil
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 12 slices bacon
- black pepper to taste
- lettuce or fresh spinach
Directions
- Cook bacon and cut into 1-inch pieces
- Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bacon
- Pour mixture over mushrooms
- Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours
- Spoon mixture over lettuce or spinach Sprinkle with bacon
- Drizzle with remaining marinade
