Mushroom Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 c sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 14 tsp Italian seasoning or garlic salt
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. If a round baking stone or pizza pan greased is used separate into triangles and pinch seams together
  3. If a rectangular baking stone or cookie sheet greased is used roll out dough and press seams together
  4. Toss mushrooms in melted butter to coat
  5. Arrange mushrooms on top of dough Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes Cut into wedges or squares and serve warm
